NART EXTENDS ITS SERVICE NETWORK
Nart Insurance, which provides service with its Regional Directorates in the Istanbul City Center, Ankara and the Izmir, has extended its service network as from June 2007 by opening its Bursa regional directorate. Member of Nart Brokerlik Board of Directors and Manager Responsible for Business Development Burak Dülge stated “We aim at bringing brokerage services to every point of Turkey.
The institutions’ need for brokerage is increasing more and more. We aim at being as near as possible to our clients and to provide them most rapid, most quality and most affordable service.
The region of Bursa is an area being very developed in the automotive and automotive supplier and Textile sectors being our focus point. We want to provide the privilege of brokerage service to the corporations by providing services on site to our current clients as well as evaluating the region’s potential.” and he narrated Nart Insurance ’s targets related to the extension of the service network within the next term.
With its population increase over the average of Turkey, province of Bursa is one of our most rapid developing cities. The most important reason for this rapid population increase is that it continuously receives migration. However, the most important reason for the province’s receiving migration is Bursa’s being very developed with regard to trade and industry.
Bursa takes place on rank 4 after Istanbul, Kocaeli and Izmir with regard to the added value it provides to the country’s economy. Bursa takes place in rank 5 after Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Kocaeli with regard to the socio-economic development in the general of Turkey.
With regard to the province’s number of employees and number of work places, Bursa takes place of rank 3 in Turkey after Istanbul and Izmir. The export made from Bursa is nearly 15 percent of the export made from Turkey.
The tax revenues became 3 Billion 984 Million YTL by increasing at a rate of 74 as to 2003, whereas the collection reached 3 Billion 388 Million YTL. While the number of taxpayers was 130.553 in 2003, the number of tax payers increased to 136.308 in 2004.
Burak Dülge emphasized the importance of regional directorates for Nart Insurance by saying “At the moment the growth capacity of our regions is the same as that of our city centers and even at a higher speed. It will gain more weight within our service portfolio. At the moment, nearly 30% of our total production is realized by our regional directorates.”
Nart Insurance plans to open 2 regional directorates in Turkey and 1 country directorate abroad within the next 2 years.
